Sorry but we don't ship to APO's, due to our local post offices poor performance and lost packages. We are sorry, but all special orders can not be canceled, once the order is placed.

DO NOT SIGN DELIVERY TICKET UNTIL MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN INSPECTED BY YOU THE CUSTOMER. DAMAGES MUST BE NOTED ON DELIVERY TICKET FOR THE TOP GRILL TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. IF NO NOTED DAMAGES ARE LISTED ON THE DELIVERY TICKET, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING THE CLAIM FOR THE DAMAGE WITH THE FREIGHT CARRIER. CUSTOMER NOTES FOR THE CARRIER TO LEAVE THE SHIPMENT WITHOUT SIGNITURE IS NOT ALLOWED.
All returned products carry a 15% restocking charge. All returns must be received back at the factory before refunds can be issued. Please keep all factory packaging for possible returns(returns only when product is in original, factory packaging). Used items not returnable...
Factory second grills carry " ALL SALES ARE FINAL" no returns are allowed unless it is received freight damaged. Copper and all custom grills are not returnable and "ALL SALES ARE FINAL"
Shipping
UPS ground shipping on purchases will carry a minimum shipping fee of $10.00
ALL AIR SHIPPING (next day, second day or 3 days) are additional, over the cost of ground service. Any returns where air shipping was requested, will not be refunded upon return of merchandise. Freight charges and additional services for items over 100 lbs are available via common carrier, call (800) 811-9890 for details.
Patio Furniture sets are shipped freight which runs $199.00 for the complete shipment.
