ATTENTION: Company Policies For Warranty and Returns
Patio Furniture Warranty
All patio furniture has a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. To submit a warranty claim, photos of the damaged furniture must be submitted via email or USPS mail. The customer is also responsible to provide the original purchase date of the furniture. The warranty covers manufacturer’s defects only. Any furniture damaged due to customer abuse after photos are reviewed will not be replaced under warranty. The customer is responsible for shipping cost of all warranty replacement items.
Cushion Warranty
All cushions have a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. To submit a warranty claim, photos of the damaged cushions must be submitted via email or USPS mail. Customer is also responsible to provide the original purchase date of the furniture. The warranty covers manufacturer’s defects only. In the case that damaged is deemed due to customer neglect, the cushions will not be replaced under warranty. Customers will be responsible for shipping cost of all warranty replacement items.
Accepting a Freight Shipment
The customer will receive a call 24 hours in advance to set up an appointment for delivery of all freight shipments, whether private or commercial outdoor furniture. Someone must be present to sign for the shipment. Please make sure to inspect for damage before signing the delivery receipt.
Reporting Damage Durning Shipment
The customers are asked to be sure and note any obvious damage on the delivery receipt. In some cases, concealed damage does occur. In this case, please notify TopGrill within 5 days of receipt. If TopGrill is not notified within 15 days of delivery, we can’t be held responsible for any damages that occurred during shipping. The customer will have to deal directly with the delivery carrier for damages not reported within 5 days of receipt.
Returns
If a customer is not satisfied with the product or commercial patio furniture they received, they should contact TopGrill within 10 days of delivery. All items being returned must be packaged by the customer for shipping. Customer is responsible for actual shipping charges to and from the customer and a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number issued by a customer service representative. The credit for the returned item will be issued back to the customer within 2 weeks of the time it is received back at our facility to allow proper time for items to be inspected and returned back into inventory after it is received. No refunds will be issued for items outside of the 30 day return window.
7% sales tax will be added to all orders placed by GA residents.
